Login Steps

1. Type the following address in your browser address field: https://www.saaswipp.co.za/wp-login.php.

2. * Type your EMAIL ADDRESS in the “Username or Email Address” Field.

3. * Type your Password in the Password field, then click Login.

4. Wait for page load and redirect.

Member Location Update Steps

1. Once page loads, look for listing in Dashboard.

2. Click the Edit icon, the first green icon on right of listing.

3. When page loads, scroll down to bottom “Listing location” section.

4. Click the dropdown fields for Country and Select.

5. Wait for next “State” field to appear, then click dropdown and Select province.

6. Wait for next “City” field to appear, then click dropdown and select or add City.

7. Scroll down and click on green “Generate on map” button.

8. Lastly, scroll down and click green “Save Listing” button.

9. Scroll up to top of page to see “Listing was saved successfully!” confirmation message.

Password Reset Steps

1. Type the following address in your browser address field: https://www.saaswipp.co.za/wp-login.php.

2. Click on the “Lost your password?” link.

3. * Type your EMAIL ADDRESS in the “Username or Email Address” Field.

4. Click the “Get New Password” button.

5. Wait and check your email inbox for instructions and further steps to reset password.

* Your login details for this directory, ‘marketing database’ (‘find a social worker’) and the membership database (E2) are different, your email address might be the same however your username and password could differ.

* Please remember to only use your EMAIL ADDRESS in the “Username or Email Address” Field and not your username.
