Having spent most of my life with the Girls & Boys Town organisation, my passion is working with parents,Teachers/Schools & Professionals to manage young people who are regarded as "challenging, uncontrollable" - among other labels.
The key lies in taking action before your child's behaviour escalates - especially at school - leading to numerous suspensions and, ultimately, exclusion from school.
Children do not come with an Instruction Manual.
The vital element lacking is that adults are not taught how to teach children to take responsibility for their own behaviour at home, school and for life.
That's where I come in!
