I see children from ages 3 yrs up for play therapy as well as offering counselling for teenagers and young adults. The nature of my work includes helping children and teens with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, mood disorders, early childhood trauma, divorce, death of parent or significant person, building self-worth and emotional intelligence, and generally support of emotional and behavioural difficulties.

I am also passionate about journeying alongside parents offering them support and guidance as they face the many challenges that come with being a parent in the world we live in today.
