I am a trained Archetypal Psychotherapist who works on many levels with individuals and couples. I am curious about people's presenting narratives and how they become stuck and stayed in these holding patterns. These stories eventually sabotage us, leaving us feeling dry, demotivated and uninspired...This translates then into difficult relationships, depressions, addictions, illnesses, money problems and a variety of other symptoms. Unfortunately much of our creativity and imagination is curtailed as we go into the world and we become another wheel in the cog...However, this methodology allows the individual to explore the repressed, unconscious and unknown parts of themselves and/or their partners...I am particularly passionate about teaching people fresh ways of seeing into their presenting narrative/s and finding creative ideas to shift paradigms that are no longer serving themselves and others.
