The Operations function is the engine room of SAASWIPP, working tirelessly behind the scenes to create a smooth and valuable experience for every member. This dedicated team manages administration, marketing, membership support, ethics, branch activities, the Growth Investment Forum, specialisations, finances, and education and research. By coordinating these areas, Operations ensures that members have access to seamless communication, professional growth opportunities, ethical guidance, innovative initiatives, and the resources they need to thrive in private practice.

The Growth Investment Forum is an upcoming initiative designed to support SAASWIPP members through education, supervision, mentoring, and consultation. Led by experienced professionals, this offering will be tailored to the specific needs of mentees, with structured guidelines in place. ​
