Colette has a Masters degree in Social Work with specialised areas in mediation, parenting plans, play therapy, individual and couple therapy and trauma work including EMDR.

I have a passion for people and relationships. I qualified in 1994 and have been practicing since then in the fields of addiction, co-dependency, children, family, Trauma, relationships, divorce, self development and have a great passion for teenagers struggling with change and demands.

I have also spent many years in the occupational setting providing training and workshops and developing people, running EAP's and working within communities .
