Nomlinda has been in the field of social work practice for seventeen years helping people see and eliminate barriers that create difficulties in life. A good team player with analytic skills, problem solving skills, decision making skills and good communication. She is presently in private practice focusing in social work services as well as sociological services to enhance people’s lives situation through assessment and psycho-social counselling. She is a registered Social worker Reg. No: 10-22029 SACSSP, BHF Practice No. 0694274, and in possession of Master of Arts degree in Medical sociology (University of North West) that deals with human behaviour and the root cause of the problem. She is also a trained mediator focusing on assessment of people, mediation between people in disputes and the drafting of parenting plan during divorce, rights of natural fathers and decision making process. She has knowledge in conducting the Child’s Voice Toolkit that provides the social worker with tools that stimulate conversation and to enable the social worker to hear and understand the views and wishes of the vulnerable children. She has extensive knowledge and skills to assist people mending their own life situation.
